This piece was initally written for a live performance. The video played and was triggered during performance at the Upgrade! International at Oklahoma City. It was performed with Tredy Beauregard along with a few other pieces, such as Walley likes Salley and 'Fire and Ice'.
Most of the source footage comes from material by Sir Peter Guy Manners. I always foudn thematerial fascinating, mainly becuse it blurs the lines between science and pseudoscience. Wave pehenomenon is quite real, and we ar still learning a lot about what it can be used for.
The oddness occurs when the spiritual templates are applied to this otherwise intereting, but unmagical event. I took this a step further than even the new agers and decided to appropriate the material in and unabashedly Judeo-Christian context. Read into it what you will, but these seemingly harmless videos have angered quite a few internet viewers already.
Watch for yourself, at the very least one cannot deny the beauty and interest of this natural phenomenon.
